About the Awards


The Community IMPACT Awards are presented by The Stakeholders, Inc. Since 2008, The Stakeholders Inc. has supported its member non-profit organizations, businesses and families in their commitment to increase volunteerism and civic engagement in New York. The Master of Ceremonies for the event is Robert Clancy, managing partner of Spiral Design Studio, and #1 international bestselling author of Soul Cyphers: Decoding a Life of Hope and Happiness.

The 2018 IMPACT Award Tickets

Stakeholders, Inc. has announced the winners of the 2018 Community IMPACT Awards designed to recognize companies who have provided exemplary volunteer services in New York's Capital Region. The IMPACT Awards will be presented in a Hollywood-style ceremony on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 beginning at 5:30pm at the Normanside Country Club in Delmar, New York.

Two hundred Capital Region business and community leaders are expected to gather to honor the 2018 honorees, starting at 5:30pm with a lavish networking cocktail party, followed by the Oscar-style award show at 6:30pm (minus the long-winded speeches!) The event will be hosted by Robert Clancy, managing partner of Spiral Design Studio, inspirational speaker and #1 international bestselling author of Soul Cyphers: Decoding a Life of Hope & Happiness.

Outstanding Service Project Award

This award is presented for a short-term community improvement or volunteerism project that has been completed within one year and has achieved significant, measurable results.

Young Philanthropist Award
Maya McNulty

Recognizes a next generation philanthropist (under 45) who has had significant Impact on a nonprofit organization or a community project through their personal philanthropy efforts.

Sustainable Communities Award
Friends of Clifton Park Open Space

Recognizes an individual, business or group project for demonstrating leadership or innovation in programs or principles that advance sustainability and environmental stewardship in our community.

Corporate Volunteer of the Year Award
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals

This award honors exemplary corporate employee volunteer programs that effectively integrate volunteerism into the company’s business culture.
